User statuses

User Status Indicators

User status is displayed on the profile avatar of each seller and helps you determine their availability before placing an order.

Online (Green Indicator)

A green status icon indicates that the user is currently logged in and actively browsing the website.

You can generally expect faster communication and quicker delivery from users marked as Online.

Offline (Grey Indicator)

A grey status icon means the user is not currently active on the website.

The seller should still be available for delivery, but response times can be longer compared to Online users.

Shop Closed / Not Available

When a seller closes their shop, their avatar appears greyed out and displays a “Shop Closed” notice along with an exclamation mark.

This status indicates that the seller is temporarily not accepting new orders or may be unable to deliver items in-game within the advertised timeframe.

A seller can still appear Online or Offline while their shop is closed — however, delivery times may be extended.
