Cancelling transactions

Transaction Cancellations

Both Buyers and Sellers can cancel transactions on Odealo under certain conditions.

Who Can Cancel an Order?

  • Sellers may directly cancel an order.
  • Buyers may submit a cancellation request, which requires the Seller’s or admin approval.

When Should a Seller Accept a Cancellation?

Sellers are expected to approve cancellation requests if:

  • The service has not been started.
  • No goods have been delivered.
  • The service cannot be started within the stated delivery time.
  • The goods or service cannot be provided as described in the offer.

If a dispute arises and these conditions are met, Odealo may review the case and cancel the transaction manually.

Refunds After Cancellation

When a transaction is canceled, the Credits are automatically returned to the Buyer’s on-site balance.

Transaction fees are charged only after successful transactions. No transaction fee is applied to canceled orders.

Abuse of the Cancellation System

The cancellation feature is intended to resolve genuine issues. Repeated or abusive use of cancellations may result in account review or restrictions in accordance with Odealo’s Terms of Service.
