What You Can Do

• Write a public comment about the transaction
• Select feedback type: positive, neutral or negative
• Rate delivery time, communication, and item accuracy

Feedback is visible on user profiles and contributes to the overall reputation on the platform.

Editing Feedback

Once posted, feedback cannot be changed unilaterally. Any modification requires the consent of the other party and may be subject to administrative review.

Feedback Moderation

Feedback that violates Odealo’s Terms of Service — including abusive, irrelevant or misleading content — may be reviewed and removed.

If you believe feedback was posted in bad faith or does not reflect the factual outcome of the transaction, you may contact support for review.
