Winter Orb is a new channeled skill, based on Cold Elemental Damage. It creates an Orb above you which sends projectiles, automatically targeting nearby enemies. Ice Spear has been reworked in Patch 3.5 giving it insane single target DPS - it's like Barrage, but for spellcasters. This build combines these two skills, making it automatically cast homing Cold rockets and Ice Spears all over the screen. This leads to both amazing clear speed and single target damage, making it one of the most powerful builds at the moment. On top of that, you can also add Lightning Warp and you will be automatically teleported throughout the Maps.

If you don't like to press 10 buttons to make build work properly this is definitely the right build for you. Channeling Winter Orb will automatically teleport you all over the screen and homing Cold rockets will shatter whole packs of monsters. Insane DPS on single target makes this build viable even on the hardest encounters in the game like Shaper and Elder. Shattering packs of enemies with Herald of Ice Cold explosions makes it very enjoyable to play.

For leveling, we are going to use Freezing Pulse, before we can switch to 6-link Cast while Channeling setup. Every node on the Passive Skill Tree that we are picking for the final build will boost Freezing Pulse damage as well, so with dual-wielded Axiom Perpetuum leveling should be very fast and easy. If you have Tabula Rasa, CwC setup can be used since level 38 when you grab Greater Multiple Projectiles Support Gem.
