Razor Wings Spiritborn Build for Diablo 4
Take flight, unleash Razor Wings and leave a trail of defeated enemies. Find the skills and gear behind this agile Spiritborn.Razor Wings Spiritborn Build
Last Update: October 30, 2026
Introduction
The Razor Wings Spiritborn fights like a storm that refuses to stay in one place. Sharp spirit feathers fly through enemy packs, return through anything still standing, and leave crackling Spirit Storms behind them. Once several storms are active, even a stubborn Elite can find itself caught in overlapping Lightning damage. Soar lets you jump straight to the next group, so the build keeps a brisk pace through Nightmare Dungeons and other endgame activities.
Our main damage comes from Razor Wings with the Wing Storm Variant. Each fresh storm improves the damage of further Razor Wings, turning a few well-placed casts into a dangerous patch of ground. Vortex pulls enemies together for a cleaner hit, and The Seeker brings a burst of Storm Feathers when a pack or boss needs extra attention. Against enemies that survive the opening barrage, the returning projectiles and lingering storms keep the pressure on.
The equipment gives this skill a particularly satisfying rhythm. Sunstained War-Crozier makes Focus Skills powerful setup tools and improves the damage of Potency Skills. Casting Soar or Vortex also feeds the Razor Wings charge cycle. Loyalty's Mantle rewards a double Eagle Spirit Hall setup, while Scorn of the Earth turns Evade into another Soar and Vortex combination. Once these pieces are assembled, moving and attacking feel like parts of the same sequence.
The greatest advantage is the amount of ground Razor Wings can cover while keeping the Spiritborn mobile. It still has a few demands: the best damage comes after several Spirit Storms are active, and you need to keep moving to enjoy the full bonuses of Kwatli's Grace. Bosses require better positioning than regular packs, especially when there are no additional enemies to help build momentum. Players who enjoy active movement, frequent skill casts and an unusual ranged attack will find plenty to like here.

Equipment
Sunstained War-Crozier is the weapon that ties the build together. Each Focus Skill cast strengthens your Potency Skills, so jumping into a pack with Soar and following up with Vortex prepares a much stronger Razor Wings barrage. The weapon also improves Potency Skill Ranks and grants an additional charge. Try to obtain a Greater Affix on the Potency Skill bonus; those ranks affect the attack you use throughout every fight.
Loyalty's Mantle is equally important. With Eagle selected in both Spirit Hall slots, the Helm amplifies your Hall bonuses and grants substantial Cooldown Reduction and increased damage to Eagle Skills. This works especially well with repeated Soar casts and the frequent return of Razor Wings charges. Scorn of the Earth gives your Evade a new purpose: every jump can place you beside an enemy pack and trigger Vortex at the landing point. It makes clearing scattered groups particularly enjoyable.
Protection of the Prime keeps the character safer while moving through dangerous areas. You gain Dodge Chance and Damage Reduction in motion, which naturally fits the Kwatli's Grace Talisman set. The fifth set bonus adds Movement Speed and a large Eagle Skill damage increase while moving. This is one of those builds where continuing toward the next enemy also helps you finish the previous one.
The remaining Legendary slots have clear jobs. Aspect of Endless Talons makes Spirit Storm damage follow enemies after they leave its area. Aspect of Fleet Wings converts your Movement Speed into Eagle damage, and Reaper's Aspect rewards the Poison applied by Scourge. Aspect of Supremacy strengthens your damage around The Seeker, while Aspect of Disobedience adds protection against sustained incoming damage. These five Aspects fit around the four primary Unique items with no overlapping equipment slots.
Two alternatives are worth considering. Wushe Nak Pa can replace the War-Crozier for an Ultimate-focused version with a different damage window. Jacinth Shell replaces the Legendary Chest Armor and provides more frequent Cooldowns, along with Damage Reduction from active Cooldowns. If you prefer a Counterattack-based variant, the matching defensive Aspect is also shown below. That version changes both your skill bar and one offensive Ring.
Kwatli's Grace
- Berú of Kwatli's Grace
- Fer of Kwatli's Grace
- Linta of Kwatli's Grace
- Mlor of Kwatli's Grace
- Phoba of Kwatli's Grace
- (2) Set: Moving 15 meters increases Eagle Skill damage by 50%[x] for 8 seconds and reduces active Eagle Skill Cooldowns by 2 seconds.
- (3) Set: Gain 30% Damage Reduction while moving and for 1.5 seconds afterward.
- (5) Set: Gain 35% Movement Speed. Eagle Skills deal 225%[x] increased damage while moving and for 1.5 seconds afterward.
Sunstained War-Crozier
- Weapon Damage
- Ranks to Potency Skills
Your Focus Skills benefit from all their Upgrades and increase Potency Skill damage by [60 - 70]%[x] for 8 seconds, up to [300 - 350]%[x]. Your Potency Skills gain 1 additional Charge.
Loyalty's Mantle
- Maximum Life
When both Spirit Hall choices match, their bonuses are 100% more potent. Skills of that Spirit gain [50 - 60]% Vigor Cost Reduction and Cooldown Reduction, and deal [50 - 60]%[x] increased damage.
Scorn of the Earth
- Ranks to Soar
Evade becomes Soar. Soar deals [125 - 150]%[x] increased damage and triggers Vortex at the landing location.
Protection of the Prime
- Armor
While moving, gain [25 - 30]% Dodge Chance and Damage Reduction. These benefits linger for 2 seconds after you stop moving. After standing still for 2 seconds, become Unstoppable until you move.
Wushe Nak Pa
- All Damage Multiplier
Casting an Ultimate Skill grants or amplifies its matching Primary Spirit Hall bonus with [350 - 400]%[+] potency for 15 seconds. Your Ultimate Skills gain an additional Skill Type: The Seeker becomes a Focus Skill, The Hunter a Mobility Skill, The Devourer a Potency Skill and The Protector a Defensive Skill.
Jacinth Shell
- Vigor Regeneration
Each active Cooldown grants [4 - 7]% Damage Reduction. Every second, active Cooldowns drain 10% of Maximum Vigor to reduce their remaining duration by 1.5 seconds.
For Legendary Aspects, place Endless Talons on Gloves, Fleet Wings on the Amulet, Reaper's Aspect on Ring 1, Supremacy on Ring 2 and Disobedience on Chest Armor. The War-Crozier uses your weapon slot, so none of these effects can be imprinted on the staff. The optional Aspect of Deflection belongs on a Legendary Chest Armor and requires Counterattack to be active. When using it in place of Scourge, also exchange Reaper's Aspect for Aspect of Redirected Force; you will no longer apply Poison reliably with the original skill bar.
Aspect of Endless Talons
Spirit Storms continue to Spark enemies for an additional [100 - 120]% of the Storm's total damage over 3 seconds after those enemies leave the Storm.
Aspect of Fleet Wings
Eagle Skill damage is increased by 35%[x] of your Movement Speed.
Reaper's Aspect
Enemies you Poison have 100% reduced Healing. Your Eagle Skills gain 50%[+] Critical Strike Chance and deal 30%[x] increased damage against them.
Aspect of Supremacy
Killing enemies while an Ultimate Skill is active grants Supremacy, increasing damage by 9%[x] per stack, up to 90%[x]. When the Ultimate ends, gain 5 stacks that then fall off one per second.
Aspect of Disobedience
Your Damage over Time grants 1.5% Damage Reduction for 2 seconds, stacking up to 30 times.
Aspect of Deflection
While Counterattack is active, incoming Razor Wings are reflected outward again, dealing [30 - 50]% increased damage. Other small missiles are also deflected at enemies and deal [30 - 50]% of Counterattack's base damage on impact.
Aspect of Redirected Force
Critical Strike Damage increases by an amount equal to 60%[x] of your Block Chance. Blocking an attack doubles the bonus for 10 seconds.
For Affixes, prioritize Ranks to Razor Wings and Potency Skills, Critical Strike Chance, Critical Strike Damage, Movement Speed and Dexterity. Cooldown Reduction helps cycle Soar, Vortex and The Seeker, while Maximum Life, Armor and Resistances keep the character comfortable at close range. Masterwork the Potency Skill ranks on Sunstained War-Crozier, the most valuable Cooldown rolls and your best Greater Affixes. Razor Wings damage and Storm-related bonuses are the first offensive improvements to chase.
Skills
15/15Primary DPS: Razor Wings throws returning spirit feathers through nearby enemies. With Wing Storm, the first hit creates a Spirit Storm, and each active Storm increases further Razor Wings damage. The returning flight gives every cast another opportunity to hit a packed group.
Max Razor Wings and select Wing Storm and Damage Increase. Cooldown Reduction supports the new charge cycle, with Focus and Ultimate casts restoring charges during combat.
15/15Utility/Mobility: Soar makes you surprisingly hard to pin down. You can jump across the battlefield and create Spirit Storms right where you need them, while Scorn of the Earth turns your regular Evade into another Soar.
Choose Eye of the Storm for the extra Spirit Storms. Cooldown Reduction and Movement Speed make the skill a dependable part of your farming route. Sunstained War-Crozier grants Focus Skill upgrades.
10/15Utility/Control: Vortex pulls scattered enemies together, making the opening Razor Wings volley far more effective. It also counts as a Focus Skill, improving Potency damage through Sunstained War-Crozier and restoring Razor Wings charges.
Take Overcharged, Knock Down and Cooldown Reduction. Use Vortex before launching another wave of feathers, particularly against packs spread across a large room.
1/15Utility/Def: Scourge covers nearby enemies with Poison and Weakening effects. That Poison enables Reaper's Aspect, giving your Eagle attacks extra power against tougher targets.
Take Hive Mind, Vulnerable and Weaken. Cast it as you enter a dangerous group and refresh the Poison during longer Elite or Boss encounters.
1/15Utility/Def: Armored Hide is your emergency button when the battlefield becomes too crowded. Its Block and Unstoppable effects give you time to escape a dangerous attack or recover your position for another Razor Wings barrage.
Take Enhanced Armored Hide and the defensive upgrades that improve Resolve and Block. Save it for difficult Elites and Boss mechanics, especially when Soar is on Cooldown.
6/15Utility/Offence: The Seeker sends a powerful Eagle attack into the fight and adds more Storm Feathers against important targets. Casting an Ultimate also restores all Razor Wings charges, so a single activation can lead directly into another heavy volley.
Take Stormbringer, Vulnerable and Storm Feathers. Activate it after Vortex has grouped a pack or during a Boss damage window, when the refreshed charges can be put to work immediately.
1/15Optional Defense: Counterattack supports an alternative close-range setup. With Aspect of Deflection, Razor Wings can be reflected outward again while Counterattack is active, creating another pass through nearby enemies.
Use it in place of Scourge when running Deflection on Chest Armor. Replace Reaper's Aspect with Aspect of Redirected Force on Ring 1, as the setup no longer relies on Scourge to Poison targets.
1/15Optional Offence: Ravager adds another Focus Skill to the rotation, providing more ways to strengthen your next Razor Wings barrage through Sunstained War-Crozier. It suits an aggressive version that can afford to give up some defensive utility.
Its offensive upgrades are included through the War-Crozier. Swap out Armored Hide only when your defenses are comfortable; keep Soar and Vortex available to maintain frequent Focus casts and Razor Wings charges.
Core Rotation
Approach a group with Soar, then use Vortex to pull enemies into the same area. Both abilities prepare the damage bonus from Sunstained War-Crozier and help return Razor Wings charges. Cast Scourge to apply Poison, then release a series of Razor Wings through the packed targets. The feathers hit on their way out and back, while the Spirit Storms continue working as you move toward the next group.
For tougher Elites and Bosses, spend a moment building several Spirit Storms before committing The Seeker. Its Ultimate attack brings another wave of Storm Feathers and refills Razor Wings charges for a strong follow-up. Keep moving to maintain Kwatli's Grace and Protection of the Prime. Armored Hide covers dangerous moments when you need to stay near the target. In the Counterattack version, time your reflected Razor Wings with the active Counterattack effect.
Miscellaneous
Paragon Board
Start with the Swarm of Storms board, which boosts Spirit Storms and Storm Feathers directly. This is where the many small hits from Soar and Wing Storm begin to turn into a substantial part of your damage. Follow with Prodigy's Tempo for faster Cooldowns and Drive for more damage as you travel between packs. The extra Evade Charge from Drive is especially useful with Scorn of the Earth.
Convergence is a useful additional board for Eagle damage, and Viscous Shield is an option when you have a reliable Barrier source. The route should collect efficient Legendary Nodes and Glyph sockets first, followed by Dexterity, Maximum Life and defenses that support close-range fighting.
Prioritize the Talon, Jagged Plume, Spirit and Canny Glyphs. Talon supports Vulnerable damage, while Jagged Plume improves Eagle damage. Spirit and Canny reinforce the broader damage package. Level these Glyphs and activate their secondary bonuses with the appropriate nearby attributes.
Spirit Hall
Select Eagle as both the Primary and Secondary Spirit. Eagle provides Storm Feathers and strong Vulnerable interactions, while matching both choices activates the full bonus of Loyalty's Mantle. The Helm makes Eagle Skills stronger and brings their Cooldowns down, giving the character a much smoother rhythm when moving between packs.
Runes
Yul + Que generates Offering through repeated Cooldown casts and invokes Earthen Bulwark for an extra defensive Barrier. Bac + Qua is a useful second pair for a mobile setup: movement provides Offering and Qua grants additional Movement Speed, strengthening Aspect of Fleet Wings. Place each pair in a valid two-socket item.
Talisman
Kwatli's Grace is our main Talisman set. The two-piece bonus strengthens Eagle Skills as you move and helps recover their Cooldowns. The three-piece bonus provides Damage Reduction in motion, while the full five-piece bonus greatly increases Eagle damage and Movement Speed. Look for Dexterity, Critical Strike and useful defensive affixes on the individual Charms.
For the sixth Charm slot, use a strong standalone Charm with Dexterity, Movement Speed or defensive affixes. The five-piece set already supplies the main bonuses, so this last slot is a useful place to cover missing survivability or Critical Strike stats.
Mercenary
Hire Raheir with Ground Slam, Raheir's Aegis, Bastion and Inspiration. He gives the build welcome protection while you stand close enough for Vortex and returning Razor Wings to strike the same enemies.
Use Aldkin as Reinforcement with Field of Languish, triggered by Vortex. Its slowing effect holds grouped enemies near your active Spirit Storms for a longer damage window.
Final Thoughts
Razor Wings Spiritborn combines excellent mobility with impressive area coverage and a satisfying series of returning attacks. Sunstained War-Crozier and double Eagle Spirit Hall turn every Focus cast into another opportunity for a stronger barrage, making the build especially enjoyable for fast-paced endgame farming.
