Doryani's Fist is one of the items that require building the whole character around it. It's a pair of gloves granting you a built-in Skill named Doryani's Touch. This Attack cannot be evaded so you won't have to worry about Accuracy, but to use it you're prohibited from wearing any weapon. It adds a lot of Lightning Damage to Attacks to recompensate for this disadvantage, and for the inability to make it a 6-link setup. Berserker is a great class for any Attack Build, it includes this purely Elemental type of Attack. It's for the best to pick War Bringer, Crave the Slaughter, Rite of Ruin, and Aspect of Carnage. It results in a build heavily tied to Warcries and Rage to Exert Attacks and gain more Damage. Doryani's Touch also counts as a Slam Attack, making it suitable for Tawoha Keystone from Chieftain's Ascendancy you can obtain via Forbidden Jewels.
This build uses the Tempered by War keystone from Lethal Pride Jewel, Doryani's Prototype Armour, and Mahuxotl's Machination Shield. It creates a complicated web of many overlapping game mechanics that influence your defenses. To put it simply, you will take no Cold or Lightning Damage, only Fire, Chaos, and Physical. The Unique Body Armour encourages you to lower your own Lightning Resistance (up to -200%) to deal more Lightning Damage yourself to nearby enemies. With this setup, it is guaranteed to one-shot nearly all opponents and even some map bosses. As you take only one type of Elemental Damage, pick Purity of Fire for more Maximum Fire Resistance, which can be boosted up to nearly 90% after you gain enough Energy Shield. Your Maximum Chaos Resistance is also very high due to Divine Flesh. Armour is sourced From Determination, Defiance Banner, and Gear. It makes the build quite durable, it's capable of reaching around 5k of Maximum Life and some Energy Shield (which does not prevent any damage).
Mahuxotl's Machination is currently very expensive, but it's possible to play without it. It provides you only with defenses such as faster Leech and extra Maximum Elemental Resistances if you can Leech or gain ES some other way. Divine Flesh, however, is quite important to protect you completely from Cold Damage, so just be sure that you have Cold Resistance.
For the 3.25 update we have adjusted the item stats to include more Life and Armour, rearranged the Passive Skill Tree, and changed the Skill Gem setups. The build has received a major buff this patch and the Doryani's Touch Skill has now a 1000% effectiveness of added damage. It's also possible to obtain Reflected Jewelry from the Kaladra's mist with negative Lightning Resistance, making gearing up much easier.

Use Doryani's Touch to slay enemies. This skill can be enhanced by Warcries to Exert the Attacks and to gain some other bonuses. Intimidating Cry doubles the Exerted Damage, Seismic Cry makes it easier to Stun and Knockback, and increases your AoE. Enduring Cry is used defensively to regenerate Life, gain Endurance Charges, and mitigate Physical Damage. For a Curse, you can use Warlord's Mark, but Punishment is viable too. If you have a Corrupted pair of Gloves with some other Curse, it might be also beneficial. To enhance your performance use Blood Rage. During boss fights activate Berserk and Ancestral Warchief Totem for much more DPS. Molten Shell is the best Guard Spell, for better mobility use Flame Dash. For Auras use Wrath, Determination, Purity of Fire, Defiance Banner, and Blood and Sand.
This video was recorded on a level 95 Berserker with -200% Lightning Resistance. With Tempered of War, this feast requires you to get three reflected Rings with negative Lightning Resistance. But that's basically the only viable option to mitigate the downsides of using Doryani's Prototype and gain maximum DPS output |

As a Berserker we recommend starting with an Attack Skill, it doesn't really matter which one as long as it can be affected by Warcries. Dealing Fire Damage could be advantageous as there are a lot of Fire-related Attack Skills and nodes near your starting location on a Skill Tree, and it'd also improve Infernal Cry, which is great for clearing when utilizing Fire Damage. Doryani's Prototype requires level 67, and Doryani's Fist - 63. Switch to Lightning Damage and the final setup after you've acquired these two items, and in addition to that, be sure that your rare Jewelry grants you negative Lightning Resistance. If you have Lethal Pride for Tempered By War Keystone and Mahuxotl's Machination Shield, be sure that you also have a lot of Chaos Resistance. As you've equipped the Unique Gloves and Body Armour you can start respecing the unnecessary passives to get more Lightning Damage. At this point, you should have a really high Armour Rating, so you don't have to do it immediately at level 67 if you don't - you can comfortably get into yellow or red maps as the fiery Tectonic Slammer. Cluster Jewels are the least of your concerns, but the small ones for extra Reservation Efficiency might be very cost-efficient.

The build uses many Unique Items which are all very important for optimal performance. It leaves you with only Rare Jewelry and Boots whose main purpose is to get Chaos and Fire Resistance, get enough Intelligence, and add some Lightning Damage. It can be easily acquired, but the real issue is to lower your Lightning Resistance to -200%. It can be done with Melding of the Flesh or Thread of Hope, but as of 3.25, you can also use Rare Rings and Amulet with negative Lightning Resistance. The build uses up to two Large Cluster Jewels, but one is enough. Remember to get more than enough Fire Resistance, the maximum value will grow by an extra 5% after reaching maximum Energy Shield. You will take a lot of Chaos Damage so be sure that you have the required 80% Chaos Resistance. Energy Shield, Critical Strike mods, and Accuracy Rating are purposeless. With Tempered by War and Mahuxotl's Machination you will take no Cold and no Lightning Damage.
