Ignite is back with the Patch 3.3! It has received tremendous buffs in every possible aspect. Right now it is easier to Ignite enemies, Ignite deals more damage, and various Fire-based skills have been improved as well. Also, Fire/Ignite Passives have been improved to better support Ignite builds. All this makes Ignite shine again, and various interesting builds will surely appear during the course of the Incursion League. We are presenting a ranger Berserker build that revolves around the Burning Arrow attack, and Xoph's unique items - Xoph's Nurture and Xoph's Blood.
Berserker, as an Ascendancy class, provides very high damage bonuses and Life Leech. And while playing a ranged character, to some extent you can nullify the increased damage taken and self-damage caused by the accumulated Rage.

This is, in general, a typical bow/ranged build. Berserker class provides very high DPS, Life, and Life Leech. This build provides high "on Hit" Fire Damage with Burning Arrow, and also very high Ignite Damage, which deals 40% of the damage caused by the Hit that inflicted the Ignite. With the recommended items listed, you will be able to apply three Ignites on the same enemy simultaneously. Playing a DoT Ignite character will allow you to progress faster, and gain Rage at a faster pace. Rage is Berserker's exclusive mechanics, which increases Attack Speed, Damage dealt and deals damage to self for every point of Rage accumulated.

This build is little tricky with the leveling part. Unless you don't want to respec 75% of your leveling Passives, it's recommended to level up with Searing Bond and Flame Totem combination. You should go straight for the Ancestral Bond node to get an additional Totem, and after getting the Fire/Ignite nodes on the Witch's side of the Tree you can slowly make your way towards the Ranger's bow nodes.
