A new version of the Scourge Arrow gem, namely Scourge Arrow of the Menace provides an amazing build with great clear speed and solid damage. Since this skill provides enough damage against harder encounters, there is no need for another gem setup. Therefore, there are many empty gem slot possibilities that Oath of the Maji ascendancy point provides +50% to all Elemental Resistances and 30% increased Movement Speed. With ballistas, the uptime of the damage is great and the Pathfinder ascendancy provides great recovery and Flask charges.

Your main skill is Scourge Arrow of the Menace, which you use during mapping. For harder encounters, you can use Vaal Haste and Despair. You can use Frenzy and Blood Rage to generate Frenzy Charges for more attack speed. Your mobility skill is Blink Arrow.
