List of Omens

The Omens is a type of exclusive Currency obtainable by completing Rituals in Path of Exile 2. There are many types of Omens with various effects. Most of them are used in crafting to slightly reduce the randomness of other Orb's effects, such as making them affect only Prefix or Suffix modifiers, but that's not all. There are also some Omens that can affect your character in a different way. Here we prepared a list of all Omens available in the game and their effects to make it easier for you to plan out their best usage! 

Omens

Currently, there are 17 types of Omens, but one can expect there is much more to come in future updates. How to get Omens? The only way to obtain Omens is to compete in Ritual encounters on your Maps. To reliably farm Omens you will need to fully specialize in your Atlas Passive Tree to increase the frequency of Ritual encounters and their rewards. Still, even without those Points invested, you will obtain some amount of Omens through the natural gameplay.

	Omen of Resurgence	While this item is active in your inventory will fully recover your Life, Mana and Energy Shield when you reach Low Life.
	Omen of Amelioration	While this item is active in your inventory will prevent 75% of Experience loss when you die.
	Omen of Whittling	While this item is active in your inventory your next Chaos Orb will remove the lowest level modifier.
	Omen of Sinistral Erasure	While this item is active in your inventory your next Chaos Orb will remove only Prefix modifiers.
	Omen of Dextral Erasure	While this item is active in your inventory your next Chaos Orb will remove only Suffix modifiers.
	Omen of Sinistral Alchemy	While this item is active in your inventory your next Orb of Alchemy will result in the maximum number of Prefix modifiers.
	Omen of Dextral Alchemy	While this item is active in your inventory your next Orb of Alchemy will result in the maximum number of Suffix modifiers.
	Omen of Sinistral Coronation	While this item is active in your inventory your next Regal Orb will add only Prefix modifiers.
	Omen of Dextral Coronation	While this item is active in your inventory your next Regal Orb will add only Suffix modifiers.
	Omen of Corruption	While this item is active in your inventory your next Vaal Orb will be more unpredictable.
	Omen of Greater Exaltation	While this item is active in your inventory your next Exalted Orb will add two random modifiers.
	Omen of Sinistral Exaltation	While this item is active in your inventory your next Exalted Orb will add only Prefix modifiers.
	Omen of Dextral Exaltation	While this item is active in your inventory your next Exalted Orb will add only Suffix modifiers.
	Omen of Greater Annulment	While this item is active in your inventory your next Orb of Annulment will remove two modifiers.
	Omen of Sinistral Annulment	While this item is active in your inventory your next Orb of Annulment will remove only Prefix modifiers.
	Omen of Dextral Annulment	While this item is active in your inventory your next Orb of Annulment will remove only Suffix modifiers.
