These boots are INSANE and item level 86 means you can roll 35% movement speed to max out MS and have a crazy movement speed from these boots alone! 8% from the implicit, 20% from permanent onslaught, and rolling 35% rare mod means a whopping 63% movement speed on these bad boys.

Not only that but Onslaught provides that 20% attack and cast speed permanently and at no cost...

These are truely an item that you will cherish and use over and over again.
