Overview:
Updated for Bounty Pack 5 Infini-Crit 6.0 Harlowe is a Level 70 crit-focused build built around Flux Generator, Nuclear Winter and Group Study. Critical hits, ricochets and Amp damage work together to keep damage rolling across both mobs and bosses, while the setup keeps strong sustain and flexible weapon options.
Mobbing:
Build crits quickly and let ricochets chain through groups. Juliet's Sparkle and Stealth & Seek are excellent for starting the clear, while Wind Skimmer and Shalashaska provide strong sustained pressure with shotgun-ammo switching. Bullseye Anti-Infantry Waterfall adds powerful ordnance pressure, Phlebotomist helps maintain Group Study uptime, and Vitae with Large + Enrage provides excellent sustain so the build can stay aggressive through longer fights.
Bossing:
For bosses, the focus shifts from pure ricochet clearing to strong single-target crit damage and well-timed Amp windows. Double Amp Watts 4 Dinner provides the main burst setup, while the wide weapon selection lets you choose the best option for the encounter, element and range. Ordnance remains useful, but deliberate crit and Amp timing becomes more important against high-health targets.
