The Best Garuda Talons DPS Warframe Build

In our opinion, the best possible setup for the Garuda Frame

1. General information

Garuda is one of the most underrated Frames in the game. When played correctly it becomes a very solid Melee Frame, with great AoE, self-sustain, and team utility. True, it's single-target DPS is on the lower end and cast time is rather slow, but by nullifying Garuda's weaker spots, we can make it a very solid AoE DPS. This build revolves around Garuda's 4 - Seeking Talons, which is a devastating AoE Skill. In order to use it efficiently, we had to keep a balance between Ability Strength, Efficiency, and proper Energy Recovery. Also by using Natural Talent, enemies no longer are already dead when you are finished channeling.

This build excels in:
  • Sorties
  • Star Chart Missions
  • Versatility
If possible, avoid:
  • Assassination Missions

2. Build's PROS & CONS

PROS
  • solid AoE
  • self-healing and self-sustain
  • good mobility
  • visually appealing
  • high armor
CONS
  • mediocre single-target DPS
  • requires experience and understanding Garuda's kit in order not to underperform

3. Mods

Below you will find the recommended Mods for our Garuda Seeking Talons build. It should give you slightly over 200.00% Ability Strength, while maintaining good self-sustain, defenses, and keeping the Efficiency untouched. Also, Natural Talent is one of the most important Mods for Garuda, otherwise it's just too slow, and when playing in a team, you will be only tagging along and missing out on all the fun.
