Because the UEC is farmed manually, order fulfillment may take time depending on stock, order size, and in-game transfer availability. This slower process is exactly what makes the trade safer and more reliable compared with risky or suspicious delivery methods.
We aim to provide a safe and smooth trading experience. As long as the received UEC is used responsibly by the buyer, the risk of account issues is extremely low. Please understand that all in-game trading still carries some level of risk, so buyers should use the currency in a normal and responsible way.
Delivery time is usually completed as soon as possible, but may take up to 3 days depending on order size, stock, seller availability, and Star Citizen server conditions.

If there are server problems, game bugs, or temporary transfer limitations, delivery may be delayed. In that case, we will keep you updated and complete the order as soon as possible.

The buyer is responsible for using the received UEC reasonably after delivery. We are not responsible for account issues caused by suspicious behavior, misuse, rule-breaking, chargebacks, account sharing, or actions unrelated to our delivery.
If an account issue occurs and we investigate the case and believe the issue was directly caused by our delivery method, we may offer compensation based on the situation. Compensation is only provided when we reasonably determine that the fault was on our side.

Orders cannot be completed if the buyer provides the wrong account name, does not respond, or refuses to cooperate with the delivery process.
Refunds are only available before delivery starts. Once UEC has been delivered, the order is considered completed.
Do not open disputes or chargebacks before contacting us. If there is any problem with your order, message us first and we will try to solve it.
We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refund an order if we believe the trade may be unsafe, suspicious, or impossible to complete.
