35B UNSOULBOUND ISLAND (buy when Derpy is here because i have accumulated minion output)

This is a purchase of an island, not an account. I`ll invite you to the coop and then I`ll leave.
Odealo will send me the money only when I`ve sent them proof of me leaving the island and completing my delivery. At that point, I have already left the island and there`s no way for me to scam you.

Some main points:

- There are 29 minion slots (29 plasma bucket), running 28 melon minions on the island, with around 5 months worth of items. Currently, you will get 11.500.000 farming exp and 4.500.000 mining exp (because i use diamond spreading) without wisdom. So if you use a standard wisdom setup, you'll get 24.000.000 farming exp and 8.600.000 mining exp. Which gets you to farming 39 and mining 30.

- NOTE: These minion outputs were recorded on May 1st

- The island is medieval themed and I have spent a lot of time building on it. Although unfinished, it still looks good (You can check the images).

- Most of the net worth is in exotics (crab hats, pet skins, pioneer pickaxes...) so the value of the island might fluctate (from 32B-45B, I have captured a point where the account was worth 47B, you can check the images section) but can only steadily go up over time.

- I have 3.4 billion coins as liquid cash in the purse you can immediately spend.

- The garden is level 15 and I have built crops farm designs from GroveManDan (youtube) for every crop.
