Storm Brand has become one of the most popular and all-round powerful skills in the game, as well as one of the best skills for mapping. It remains a relatively strong skill overall and a competitive all-rounder. This assassin variant presents a critical strike based approach, which makes it a very proper mapper and boss killer for high end content. Since you are using so many unique items, the effective lifepool is around 4k-5k at the endgame, but your damage is Cold-based (Blast Freeze from your Cluster jewel will freeze every single one of your enemies) and Elusive buff (no extra damage from critical strikes) are more than enough to protect yourself.
