Cast on Critical Strike Assassin has been a stable build ever since it was introduced and it is one of the safest and best clearing build since multiple leagues. The build is one of the most satisfying of them all: you spin around with cyclone and your critical strikes induce tons of skills, amazing shatter effects, resulting in insane clearspeed and boss damage. Please note that the build needs to be optimized in order to have the correct DPS output, meaning that you need to have the correct amount of attack speed and cooldown recovery speed in order to achieve the best results: the build is optimized in this setup. We are also getting you insanely close to 100% Accuracy, so your cyclone actually never misses any possible CoC procs. If you are looking for a great all-rounder in 3.13, which can clear all content with ease, you are in the best place.
