Miners are probably the winners of the 3.10 Patch. They excel at everything. They clear insanely fast (Arc was recently buffed, and it is literally the best clear speed skill in the game), and they deal insane amount of single target damage (Ball Lightning is seriously amazing). Since Deliriums are hard content, you need tankiness for it, which is provided in this build (tons of HP from Kaoms Heart). If you like the mine playstyle (plant and bomb) and want to clear all content without problems, this is the build for you.
