Crown items are delivered to you as an in-game gift to the ID you specify when ordering. The ID is a unique player identifier and you can easily find it while in-game. Simply open the FRIENDS tab (usually accessible by pressing the "O" button in the English language layout), and there you will see a list of your friends. The upper left corner of this list will show your player ID, which will be required for successful delivery of crown items.

We realize that it is not always possible to be in-game at the time of checkout, so you can safely pick up your gift at a later date, but it is important to do so within 14 days.

Please note that we guarantee to ship orders based solely on the details you provide: game ID (not character name!) and selected server. We specialize in shipping to European and American PC servers (EU-PC / NA-PC).
